  • We aim to increase the average stay to 2-3 days through  the Virtual And Real World Melaka project

Hatten houses a significant number of this tourist flow

  • 1.6 million yearly tourists (hotel guests) indicating 10% of  all tourist flow

  • To capitalize this opportunity to use these resources to  generate more revenue, increase publicity, and higher  valuation ratio

By gamifying this project, there is a potential for Hatten to  develop an e-sports academy by providing a conducive space  for offsite training for global E-sports teams.

Enables e-commerce across the retail fronts of the Melaka  City. Effective implementation of the “Holy Grail” O to O  strategy for retail shop owners. Done through a well  planned and thorough 3-currency system. Tokenizes  property ownership via the utilization of effective  blockchain technology.
